Beville Greens Tiny Home Community, situated on the near East side of Indianapolis, is an innovative residential infill project where Land Stewards Design Group played an integral role by providing technical civil engineering services to the architecture and development team during the construction documentation process. The team demonstrated expertise in designing essential infrastructure elements such as sanitary sewer layout and water utility routing.
